Made by the community at the June 2012, craft fair, felted ‘mongolian style’ using Nutmeg the pony and finished off with needle felting by the junior youth club, our felt masterpiece is now framed – thank you George – and on the wall in the hall foyer.
Rosie, who runs craft holidays in Strathglass, provided all the materials and expertise and master-minded operations. Most of the fleece used and even some of the plant dyes came from the Strath.
